About Our Programs
Every adolescent’s needs are unique, and so is our approach to treatment. We offer multiple levels of care to meet a range of needs—whether your teen requires intensive daily support or regular outpatient therapy. Our team uses evidence-based practices tailored to the developmental stage of each client, ensuring treatment is effective, age-appropriate, and respectful.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our most intensive outpatient option, PHP provides structured, full-day care for adolescents who need consistent therapeutic support while living at home. This program blends individual therapy, group sessions, skill-building activities, and academic coordination.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
For teens who require more support than weekly therapy but less than PHP, IOP offers multiple sessions each week with a flexible schedule. This level of care focuses on building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening coping skills.
Outpatient Therapy (OP)
Traditional outpatient therapy provides ongoing support for adolescents managing stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges. Sessions are customized to help each teen progress at their own pace, through individual or group settings.
Family Support Services
We will partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and build a supportive home environment. These services will help families actively participate in their teen’s healing process and recovery.
