Sarah Beaman is a dedicated therapist and board-certified art therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through trauma, emotional challenges, and behavioral health concerns. With a strong foundation in both traditional psychotherapy and expressive therapies, Sarah integrates evidence-based practices with creative approaches to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.

Sarah is the co-founder of Indigo Art Therapy Studio, where she has provided individual therapy, developed community-based programming, and supervised clinicians working toward board certification. She also brings experience as a Primary Therapist in higher levels of care, where she conducted individual and group therapy, developed comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support clients through recovery and transition planning.

Known for her compassionate, trauma-informed approach, Sarah creates a safe and supportive space where adolescents feel empowered to express themselves and work toward healing. At HavenRise, she is committed to helping clients and families navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges through connection, creativity, and clinically sound care.
