Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, supportive environment for teens transitioning from our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or completing higher levels of care. Designed to maintain progress while fostering greater independence, IOP offers focused morning treatment from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This schedule allows adolescents to continue developing coping skills and emotional balance while gradually returning to school, family life, and daily routines.
Who Is Adolescent IOP For?
Our IOP is ideal for adolescents experiencing moderate to severe emotional or behavioral challenges that affect their ability to thrive at home, at school, or in social settings. It may be recommended as a step-down from PHP for continued support, or as a step-up from traditional outpatient therapy when symptoms require more consistent care.
Each treatment plan is designed around the unique developmental, emotional, and social needs of teens.
What to Expect in Our IOP
IOP sessions are held several days a week in the morning, allowing teens to receive focused treatment while continuing with their academic responsibilities and home life.

By combining evidence-based approaches with age-appropriate support, IOP helps teens gain confidence and independence in managing their mental health.
Insurance and Payment Options
Most major insurance plans cover intensive outpatient programs for adolescents who meet clinical guidelines. Our team works directly with families to verify coverage, explain benefits, and assist with any required authorizations.
For families without full insurance coverage, we can explore flexible payment arrangements to ensure that care remains accessible.
