At HavenRise Academy, we will provide compassionate, structured mental health care designed exclusively for adolescents in grades 6–12. Our programs will create a safe, supportive environment where teens can work through emotional challenges, develop coping skills, and build the confidence to move forward.

About Our Programs
Every adolescent’s needs are unique, and so is our approach to treatment. We will offer multiple levels of care to meet a range of needs—whether your teen requires intensive daily support or regular outpatient therapy. Our team will use evidence-based practices tailored to the developmental stage of each client, ensuring treatment is effective, age-appropriate, and respectful.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our most intensive outpatient option, PHP will provide structured, full-day care for adolescents who need consistent therapeutic support while living at home. This program will blend individual therapy, group sessions, skill-building activities, and academic coordination.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
For teens who require more support than weekly therapy but less than PHP, IOP will offer multiple sessions each week with a flexible schedule. This level of care will focus on building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening coping skills.
Outpatient Therapy (OP)
Traditional outpatient therapy will provide ongoing support for adolescents managing stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges. Sessions will be customized to help each teen progress at their own pace, through individual or group settings.
Family Support Services
We will partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and build a supportive home environment. These services will help families actively participate in their teen’s healing process and recovery.
