HavenRise Academy is an outpatient teen mental health program in Jacksonville’s Deerwood Park, serving families across Northeast Florida. PHP, IOP, and outpatient therapy and counseling for adolescents in grades 6 through 12, with a short drive from most communities and care that fits around school and home. HavenRise is one specialized adolescent program, not a chain of branches, and that matters for the quality of care. Every family we serve, whether from Mandarin, the beaches, or farther out in Northeast Florida, walks into the same clinical team, the same DBT-grounded, multimodal approach, and the same focus on grades 6 through 12.
